Sri Jawanthraj Tejraj Surana Jain Vidyalaya

The Surana School journey started with a dream. Shri Tejraj Surana’s dream. A dream founded on the insight that education was a great virtue. His son Shri Pannalal Surana, our dear founder, was no less a visionary himself. He dedicated his life towards the realization of his father’s dream under the guidance and support of Shri Bhawarlal Gothi and Shri Kailashmull Dugar. He wanted the entire neighbourhood to benefit from this asset – education. Thus was born the Surana School, Shri Jawanthraj Tejraj Surana Jain Vidyalaya & Junior College, in 1983 after acquiring land and construction of the main building. The school admitted about 200 children, the very first year and started its mission. The relentless mission is carried forward by his sons, Mr. Vinod Surana, Mr. Sudarshan Surana, Mr. Anand P. Surana and Mr. Rajesh Surana with renewed and invigorated zeal.
